Product Description:

The A2E series controller implements a dual-microprocessor logic architecture, significantly enhancing functional performance, reliability, and safety for on-vehicle traction drive control of AC induction motors.
Our A2E controller is universally compatible with a wide array of motor and encoder types available on the market, including IPM and ACIM, enabling its utilization across diverse application scenarios such as material handling, sightseeing buses, club cars, and the cleaning machine industry.

 

Features:

  1. The A2E controller boasts multiple specifications, offering output options ranging from 350A to 550A and voltage compatibility spanning 24V, 36V, and 48V.
  2. Our product is certified according to EN 13849-1:2015 standards.
  3. We support both Serial port and CAN protocol communication for seamless integration.
  4. Our peripheral connectivity options are extensive, including small power output (up to 3A), throttle input, digital input, 0-10V analog voltage output, and an isolated pulse output.
  5. We offer support for various encoder types, including:
  • A/B incremental encoder;
  • A/B/I absolute encoder;
  • Sin/cos encode;
  • Rotary Variable Differential Transformer.
  1. We enable FOC control of ACIM/IPM(PMSM)/BLDC motors.
  2. Our parameter recognition technology for ACIM and IPMSM/BLDCM motors eliminates the need for position encoder calibration.
